CANCELLED: July 26 HCLS TC

I am currently in Schipol airport, but the next flight will make it impossible to chair the HCLS TC. 

I will prepare an agenda for next week, Aug 2.

Topics will include:

- HCLSIG extension to Dec 31
- Possible F2F in Fall
- HCLS demo @ ISMB and feedback
- URI progress, input, and desired goals
