Here are the agenda suggestions from the BioRDF group for the F2F meeting. 1. A mini-hackathon where everyone brings their RDF data, and we work on integrating the data sets together. 2. We'd like Alan Ruttenberg to give a presentation on URI resolution in ontologies. This is a topic that we feel that many people haven't had a chance to get their heads around, and would likely lead to an interesting discussion. 3. We would like to have a session focused on URIs. We were thinking that we could solicit short URI related statements from people prior to the meeting, and during the meeting we could see where we have consensus and where we need to focus future work. This should help to provide a good foundation for a report. 4. We would be very interested in having a joint session with the Bio-ONT group. We would like to learn about the ontologies that they have been working on, and would like to give them an update on the data sets that we have converted to RDF. We could then explore linking the RDF data to the ontologies. Kind regards, Susie
