Re: new use case for SPE ontology: PlosOne's Topaz publishing platform

this sounds really good. It would be great if, once they really have it
rolling, we would have a good description (sort of a 'business case') on
how and what they use from SW technologies. That would give a kind of
credibility, so to say, to the whole line of work that other publishers
(in or outside the HCLS area!) would look at.
