CANCELLED: HCLSig Aug 17 Teleconference

The proposed HCLS call for tomorrow (Aug 17) is cancelled since most  
people are on vacation.

The next proposed call will be Aug 31 (2 weeks from tomorrow).  
Discussion will include plans for the upcoming F2F in Amsterdam, and  
what needs to happen before then.
