Horizontal Review for EPUB 3.4

Hello Security IG!

We hope this email finds you well. The Publishing Maintenance WG is preparing for its horizontal reviews and wanted to reach out in advance for guidance on how to approach our reviews as we have several documents with different levels of change. 

As we approach CR, we are planning to bring 4 documents for review, EPUB 3.4 <https://w3c.github.io/epub-specs/epub34/authoring/>, EPUB Reading Systems 3.4 <https://w3c.github.io/epub-specs/epub34/rs/>, EPUB Accessibility 1.2 <https://w3c.github.io/epub-specs/epub34/a11y/>, and EPUB Annotations 3.4 <https://w3c.github.io/epub-specs/epub34/annotations/>. Three of these documents are receiving minor updates, one is an entirely new specification for EPUB. 

We plan to submit the questionnaire for EPUB Annotations as it is new and we want your input on any potential concerns with the document. However, for the other three documents, we haven’t made any major changes that we believe impact security since the review done on EPUB 3.3/EPUB Accessibility 1.1. If you believe any of these changes warrant a full review, we will proceed to filling out the questionnaire and submitting it as requested, but due to the nature of the changes, we thought it might be helpful to reach out to you in advance to see if there were opportunities to save each other some work.
