Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
[This announcement will be forwarded to W3C group chairs]

The Second Screen Working Group charter [1] is hereby extended until 
2026-12-31.

The mission of the Second Screen Working Group is to provide 
specifications that enable web pages to use secondary screens and 
presentation displays to display web content.

A Patent Advisory Group (PAG) was formed in 2025 [2] in response to 
disclosures and exclusions received against the Open Screen Application 
Protocol specification. The Working Group awaits the recommendations of 
the PAG to initiate work on a new draft charter.

for joining the group.
