Hi Second Screen Working Group,

The journey on the Recommendation track has officially started for the 
Multi-Screen Window Placement specification with the publication of the 
First Public Working Draft earlier today:

- Latest version: https://www.w3.org/TR/window-placement/

This publication will trigger a call for patent exclusions per process, 
which will likely be issued tomorrow.

I will now work with spec editors to enable automatic publication of 
further working drafts as agreed.
