[presentation-api] send request stuck on presentationRequest.getAvailability() Method (#474)

I am Testing the presentation-api example on windows 8.1 laptop. it works successfully.
but on my windows 10 x64  laptop initial start point work and load the client page on secondary screen. bu when I send charactor it stuck on presentationRequest.getAvailability(). 

I debug it on chrome developer tool. here I attach snapshot of it.

System Configurations as follow:
  + Windows 10 64 bits
  + ruby 2.5.7p206 (2019-10-01 revision 67816) [x64-mingw32]
  + gem -v       2.7.6.2
  + bundler -v Bundler version 2.0.2
  + jekyll -v      jekyll 4.0.0
