This just runs the latest version of tidy-html5 on the spec.  

Most of the changes are just indentation and line wrapping.

However, the current version of tidy-html5 adds an xmlns to the `<html>` tag and also wraps inline styles in `CDATA` blocks.  I will check that this doesn't trip up ReSpec or the spec validator before landing.
