Dear Working Group participants, W3C's annual all-groups meetings, also known as TPAC, will take place on 19-23 September 2016 in Lisbon, Portugal. That may seem far away from now (and indeed we're still at the organization phase for our F2F in May) but TPAC organizers need to know as early as possible which groups intend to meet at TPAC given the size of the event. I assume that the Second Screen Working Group will meet at TPAC "as usual". TPAC organizers ask us to provide an estimate of the number of participants, which I would evaluate at 20 max. + a few observers in our case, as well as to express preferences for meeting days. There is no way to please everyone but we can always try to displease everyone equally... I think we did a good job last year with a two-day meeting on Thursday and Friday coupled with an agenda that stopped early on afternoons, so I suggest to adopt the same strategy this year. Please let me know if you would rather have the group meet on Monday and Tuesday, by the end of this week if possible. We need to get back to TPAC organizers before mid-April. More information about TPAC 2016 is available at: http://www.w3.org/2016/09/TPAC/Overview.html (registration only opens in *May*!) Last year's schedule is a typical schedule for TPAC: http://www.w3.org/2015/10/TPAC/schedule Thanks, Francois.
