This addresses Issue #318: Clear service worker's persistent storages 
in a receiving browsing context. Also, this PR refers to isolating 
window clients and worker clients associated with the receiving 
browsing context from the other browsing contexts, for 
interoperability between 1-UA and 2-UA.
