tidoust has just submitted a new pull request for

== Updated SoTD for publication as Candidate Recommendation ==
The update clarifies the changes made to the specification since last 
publication. It asserts that no features are flagged as at risk, and 
that sandboxing definitions are expected to move to HTML.

This should match what the group agreed to. I'll take the liberty to 
merge this pull request in the draft CR spec that I'm currently 
preparing. Let me know as soon as possible if changes are needed.
