Thanks for the PR @tidoust, I made some minor comments but overall this is a big improvement. Thanks for also fixing a number of other spec bugs. Regarding the use of specific steps in the close algorithm, I think the way it's described now is awkward. It would be cleaner to split out a separate set of steps to signal the other side that the connection was closed, and invoke that when a PresentationConnection goes away.
