All - please review the issues labeled with "action" [2] your editor has kindly prepared for you.

Any contributions are appreciated, be it comments that the editor can integrate on behalf of you or direct contributions via PRs.

Much thanks to the editor who's kept the spec in sync with the group's consensus. The spec has done steady progress since its inception.
