[presentation-api] "reconnect to a presentation session" algorithm has an unclear input

It is not clear from where the `presentationRequest` input originates 
from in the [reconnect to a presentation session][1] algorithm. 
There's only one argument passed to `reconnect(presentationId)`. I 
think some extra language is needed to explain which instance of the 
`PresentationRequest` the input is.
