tidoust has just submitted a new pull request for

In particular, "queuing" was spelled "queing" and a couple of 
references
to "queue a task" did not link back to the definition.

The "monitoring incoming presentation sessions" algorithm was not
properly referenced either.

Note that I used "queueing" instead of "queuing" because
