Dear Second Screen Presentation Working Group, When we announced the approval of the Second Screen Presentation Working Group charter, we indicated that "the charter will be updated in place" if there was support for a proposed license addition. Based on review by the Patents and Standards Interest Group, the Director has approved an in-place update to the charter [1] to indicate that marked Code Components in documents are licensed under the W3C Software License. Let me know if you have any questions, Ian Jacobs, Head of W3C Communications [1] https://www.w3.org/2014/secondscreen/charter.html#doclicense -- Ian Jacobs <ij@w3.org> http://www.w3.org/People/Jacobs Tel: +1 718 260 9447
