Re: [sdw] SOSA: what's the difference between Platform and Host? (#1424)

@KathiSchleidt The reasoning is that, according to your own explanation, you chose the term `Host` in OMS because it is more general than `Platform`.

Since there is obviously a need for maintaining backward compatibility (if you donĀ“t believe me, ask other SDWWG members), this means we have to maintain the two concepts in SOSA, either by making them exactly equivalent, or making one a subclass of the other.

P.S. I would appreciate if you could please stop saying that I "hack" things or that I "mix things up" (c.f. comments in other issues). I think we are not going to go anywhere if we don't start by respecting the work of others. I you think it's  a problem that I am the one initiated this PR, then say so and propose one yourself. Thank you.
