@6a6d74 I added [an example](https://w3c.github.io/sdw/proposals/geotagging/webvmt/#example-london-to-brighton-webvmt) which includes a [WebVMT media path](https://w3c.github.io/sdw/proposals/geotagging/webvmt/#dfn-media-path) in PR w3c/sdw#1406. I believe that leap seconds are out of scope for the [media timeline](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/media.html#media-timeline), and I'm unable to address the Poincaré synchronisation issue without more information - [see above](https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1397#issuecomment-1520429476).
