@namedgraph : I hardly think "we've solved LinkedData publishing", speaking as a data publisher: we have struggled for years to find any individuals who knew how to do it, after the company that set it up for us decided that "linked data publishing" wasn't for them any more. And the scale & sustainability issues I mention are all publisher issues. Of course, if there was strong customer demand, then the skills & resources to publish would (eventually) increase to fill the gap.
