In over ten years of having data published in this way, we have very little evidence of anyone traversing the links. The one customer department that we believe has been using the links took a full download of our triple store in order to traverse them locally - crossing the web for each object - property link, or object - object link in datasets of millions is sill not an attractive architectural option. At most it's useful in the exploratory stage of a project when 'seeing what's out there'.
