SOSA/SSN does not have to be implemented as a static encoding. It can be thought of as a conceptual model and implemented virtually - 'on-demand' if you like. It explains (and gives names to) some entities and relationships in data, and some expectations or constraints on those. I would never imagine creating an `om:Observation` for each pixel, for example, though each value could be thought of as the result of a single observation. -- GitHub Notification of comment by dr-shorthair Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1267#issuecomment-1004660054 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
