The first draft (FPWD) of the Note "The Responsible Use of Spatial Data" has been published at https://www.w3.org/TR/responsible-use-spatial/

Many congrats to the authors!

I invite everyone in this group to read the draft and give comments. We may also want to think about broader solicitation for feedback (beyond SDWIG), either using this draft, or a next iteration of it. I propose we discuss comments and next steps at the next SDWIG meeting on Feb 4.
