WebVMT Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Raised and updated WebVMT GitHub issues to guide and structure discussion [1], including for data sync [2], interpolation [3] and moving objects [4] in preparation for TPAC 2020 [5].
    ii. Updated Editor's Draft to add moving objects [6], interpolation [7] & 3d co-ordinates [8] and update data sync [9] in Planned Features [10].
    iii. Presented WebVMT Golden Tutorial [11] and Virtual Guide [12] use cases to TPAC Web of Things meetings on 7 & 15 October in collaboration with Kaz Ashimura.
    iv. Chaired W3C TPAC public breakout session on video metadata for moving objects and sensors on the web [13] on 26 October 2020 to draft a list of attributes suitable for a web browser interface, and discussed related issues including indoor mapping, privacy, search engines, weather data & frame synchronisation. Slides [14], minutes [15] and conclusions [16] are available online.
    v. Continued participation in weekly progress calls for OGC Testbed-16 FMV to Moving Features [17] task as an Observer.

2. Next Steps
    i. Raise bug reports on web browsers for unbounded cue pull request [18] to help engage implementers.
    ii. Finalise contribution to OGC Testbed-16 FMV to Moving Features [17] task Engineering Report - currently available to OGC members only [19].
    iii. Finalise contribution to Responsible Use of Geospatial Data Editor's Draft [20], including user perspective text and icon artwork.
    iv. Find sponsors for proposed OGC Testbed-17 [21] FMV follow-up.
    v. Add new use case to Editor's Draft [22] for Virtual Guide.
    vi. Publish Android app on Google Play store.
    vii. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
