RE: **Call for consensus**: publication of update of Time Ontology in OWL

Hi all,

I received no objections to the publication of the latest Editor's Draft of the Time Ontology in OWL document as a as a replacement for the current Recommendation.

Ted, Simon, the CR Update request can be made, now.

Subject: **Call for consensus**: publication of update of Time Ontology in OWL

Hello Spatial Data on the Web Working Group participants,

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to request publication of the latest Editor's Draft of the Time Ontology in OWL document as a as a replacement for the current Recommendation (https://www.w3.org/TR/owl-time/).

The latest Editor's Draft is available at:
 https://w3c.github.io/sdw/time/

Main changes:
- adds a section on IANA Considerations https://w3c.github.io/sdw/time/#iana-links . This was added back in September #1138 . The is an 'erratum' - it changes nothing, merely adding a section that re-describes material that was already present in the document in the form required by IANA.
- addresses issues:
 https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1014

 https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1114

 https://github.com/w3c/sdw/issues/1161

Please let us know if you have any concerns by next Thursday 5 March 2020.
Silence is considered consent.

Thanks,
Linda van den Brink
