@chat43 The Feng & Hobbs paper that you quote is a research paper that uses OWL-Time, and other constructs that are not W3C Recommendations, to construct aggregates. The OWL-Time Recommendation could still be used to construct such calendrical aggregates, and that is one of the intents of the ontology. It was also one of the reasons that the Recommendation is backwards comptible tho the original ontolgy, so presumably their work in the paper could be readily reconstructed.
