Stats BP subgroup agenda 28 March 20:00 UTC

Hi all

I'd like to have a call of the statistics on the web best practices
subgroup on 28 March at 20:00 UTC.  Following discussions at the face to
face meeting in Amersfoort a few weeks ago I propose the following agenda

1. Review of Data on the Web Best Practices and how it should be
interpreted in the context of statistical data. (Building on Andrea's
initial thinking on this as documented at
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-sdwig/2018Jan/0048.html )

2. Agreement on time of future calls, following daylight saving time
changes.
