The co-ordinate reference system (CRS) specification is an omission and should be stated explicitly. It should also have a default value, e.g. WGS84.

_Conclusion_
   * Add a CRS attribute to the [WebVMT map settings](
http://w3c.github.io/sdw/proposals/geotagging/webvmt/#webvmt-map-settings) and close this issue.
