**SDW IG Review Summary (5/12/18)**

Overlaps in the documentation are small and should be identified in the Editor's Draft. Duplication is acceptable and allows WebVMT to develop separately, though with the aim to retain parity with WebVTT.

WebVMT allows an _optional_ cue end time, but this is mandatory for [WebVTT](https://www.w3.org/TR/webvtt1/#webvtt-cue) and [HTML5 text track cue](https://www.w3.org/TR/html51/semantics-embedded-content.html#cue), and should be raised as part of the [Web Incubator CG activity](
https://github.com/w3c/strategy/issues/113#issuecomment-432971265).

_Conclusion_
   * Raise an issue for optional cue end time in HTML5 text track cues.
   * Ensure that documentation overlaps are identified and close this issue.
