Four simple PR's that are ready for review

- a few NOTES were missed when I changed the non-normative explanations to WARNINGS https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/314
- there is no reason for `Execution` to be non-normative, since it MUST NOT be implemented directly, only subclasses https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/315
- @Maxime has stripped out the RDFa which makes the HTML much easier to edit https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/313
- the updated SAREF alignment is still waiting for two reviews https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/pull/295

One significant PR is also ready to go

I believe we should accept this change which merely introduces classes that are already in use in two of our precedent projects - Connected Systems and OMS - so usage will be easily proven.
