That means if will be an hour later for Europeans starting next week (noon in London, 13:00 in Paris) if we keep the schedule unchanged. North America already changed two weeks ago and the meeting there is already an hour later than it was earlier this year: between 4 am (west coast) and 7 am (east coast). New Zealand and southern parts of Australia will change on April 6, making the meeting an hour earlier there: 23:00 in Auckland, 21:00 in Melbourne. (Brisbane is unchanged at 21:00.)
