[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Published short video summary [1] of Testbed-20 GIMI maritime and aerial use case analysis on OGC YouTube channel [2] that demonstrates how WebVMT can aggregate sensor data with video to improve maritime vessel tracking accuracy and enhance aerial image cognition in a web browser.
    ii. Continued development of prototype polyfill for WICG DataCue API [3] to support synchronisation of video with timed metadata in web browsers.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update WebVMT demos [4] to showcase new features.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [5].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [6].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
