[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Built prototype polyfill for WICG DataCue API [1] to support synchronisation of video with timed metadata in web browsers that works in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
    ii. Identified time update event [2] and media duration [3] bugs in Safari that affect timed metadata operation.
    iii. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [4] to study roadside litter monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.

2. Next Steps
    i. Draft proposed HTML change to improve native timed metadata support for web browsers in WICG DataCue [5].
    ii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [4] to study roadside litter monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [6].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
