[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Shared two OGC Testbed videos on TPAC 2025 website [1] to publicise WebVMT development in Spatio-temporal Data on the Web Working Group [2].
    ii. Contributed to presentation to Media & Entertainment Interest Group [3] meeting on 10 November 2025 at TPAC in Kobe, Japan to report WICG DataCue progress and live screening use case development - in collaboration with W3C Sync on the Web Community Group [4].
    iii. Supported development of live screening musical demo [5] to synchronise stage lighting with video fireworks using WebVMT that was presented by Sync on the Web Community Group [4] at W3C Developer Meetup on 9 November [6] and Web of Things Live Demo on 12 November 2025.
    iv. Presented demo of binary MISB metadata synchronised with video in a web browser [7] to OGC Testbed-21 GIMI meeting on 13 November 2025.

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-21 [8] to study collision monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [9].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [10].
    iv. Continue collaboration in W3C Sync on the Web Community Group [4]. 
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
