[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Captured geotagged video using Android app on a yacht with AIS for maritime use case.
    ii. Added OpenLayers web map API [1] support to Javascript playback engine.
    iii. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [2] to study roadside litter monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.

2. Next Steps
    i. Add MapLibre web map API [3] support to Javascript playback engine.
    ii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [2] to study roadside litter monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [4].
    iv. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [5].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
