RE: SSN/SOSA telecon shemozzle

Ok, was about to connect in about 5’.
That part of the year is tricky with DST on/off asynchronously  in various countries.

Will try to look at the PR before next week.

RobW and I joined at the agreed time of 11:00:00Z.

However:

  1.  Zoom wouldn't let us join
  2.  no one else was there

I suspect the problem is that the W3C calendar had it fixed to CEST, which would have had it start an hour later. Sorry if some of you plan to join in 10 minutes, but I'm heading to bed.

I've asked Bert to adjust the time slot to 11:00:00Z as we agreed in the telecon a few weeks ago.
