Today's meeting focused almost entirely on https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/issues/253 with Sylvain showing some examples from the OGC Water Quality IE, using OMS implementation. This was a great discussion, but ... it led to us reopening discussion on an issue that we thought had been resolved. We've been round this kind of thing a few times on a few issues now. While it would certainly be interesting to keep exploring and polishing the ontology, we do need to wrap up this edition of the SSN Ontology. Note that this edition of the Ontology does not have to be the last word, just the next publishable iteration. So Luis suggested, and I agreed, that in next weeks telecon we will first focus on a completion plan for this edition of SSN/SOSA, before attending to any individual issues. Completion means that we have to triage the current issue list, and agree on which issues we will address, and which will be deferred. So in preparation for next week's telecon, can I ask all of you to look at the [issue tracker](https://github.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/issues) and [backlog](https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/86/views/1)and try to identify the essential vs optional topics.
