Re: SSN/SOSA update telecon today - 11:00 UTC

Hiya,

as discussed today, now moving forward with the examples (Many thanks to 
Alejandro for the Notepad++ plugin!). I've done a more indepth reworking 
of the apartment 134 example, all properties now generic. However, this 
causes some know-off issues:

  * it is no longer clear that sensor-926 observes the
    electricConsumption of apt 134, just that the sensor is hosted by
    this apt. The actual link is only in the Observation, no longer
    directly stated
  * gets even trickier at the end in the actuation part as we don't even
    have the deployment link - only way of seeing what window
    windowCloser-987 operates on is to find an actual actuation
