[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Published community support pages [1] on webvmt.org website, including GPX import tool which migrates geotagged video content to WebVMT to help new users get started and encourage community growth.

2. Next Steps
    i. Create tutorial describing how to export geotagged video data to the web from location-aware video devices such as dashcams, drones, body-worn cameras and smartphones using community tools. 
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [2].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [3].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
