[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Published short video summary of Testbed-19 geotagged traffic video analysis [1] on the OGC YouTube channel.
    ii. Added Testbed Videos [2] webpage to WebVMT.org demos outlining key results of OGC Testbeds 16, 17 and 19 [3].
    iii. Migrated community support from W3C Community Group to WebVMT github community-group discussions [4].

2. Next Steps
    i. Submit proposal for study of litter monitoring using geotagged dash cam video to OGC Testbed-20 [5].
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with [OGC GeoPose SWG [6].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [7].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
