[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT and address road network use cases.
    ii. Raised issue in community group repo [2] to propose simplified interpolation of synchronised data which was prototyped in OGC Testbed-19.

2. Next Steps
    i. Present geotagged video synchronisation results at OGC Testbed-19 Demo Days [3] on 16 January 2024.
    ii. Raise issue in community group repo to propose negative cue time support for non-destructive synchronisation which was prototyped in OGC Testbed-19. 
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [4].
    iv. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [5].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
