The calendar system sent two separate invites. In theory, if you accepted them both, one should have stopped the biweekly meeting and the other should have a created a new weekly meeting. It worked with my Thunderbird, but how well that works with other calendar programs I don't know. It depends on your program recognizing the meeting ID and being able to modify an existing calendar entry with the same ID. Another option, if importing the invites into your calendar doesn't work, is to subscribe your calendar program to a (read-only) calendar on the W3C site. I don't know how that works in Outlook and all programs I know call it something else (‘New calendar -> On the network’, ‘New calendar subscription’, ‘New account -> Web calendar’...). But if you know how it works, you can go to https://www.w3.org/users/myprofile/calendar to see your personal calendar of W3C meetings and if you scroll down to the end you'll find a personalized URL to the iCalendar (.ics) version. If you want to subscribe to just the calendar of the SDW WG, you can also subscribe your calendar program to this URL: https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/sdw/calendar/export/ > > Happy new year / bonne année Bonne année !
