[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Drafted chapter on data aggregation with geotagged video for OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [1] D013 Engineering Report including maritime, camera orientation and litter monitoring use cases.
    ii. Presented WebVMT progress to Spatial Data on the Web meeting at OGC Seoul [2] on 4 November 2024.
    iii. Added Leaflet rotate plugin [3] support to Javascript playback engine.

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-20 GIMI [1] to study roadside litter monitoring use case using geotagged video from dash cam fleet.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [4].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [5].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
