When agreed how many positive reviews are required, @Bert Bos<mailto:bert@w3.org> can change the settings for this. I don’t have rights in W3C github repos to do this myself.

For orderly development of the SOSA update, a review or resolution process should be enforced.

I would suggest
- the default branch should be protected
- there should be at least N positive reviews before merging

N should be commensurate with the number of active participants, 2 or 3 to start with.
