Dear Advisory Committee representative,
[This announcement will be forwarded to W3C group chairs]

The charter of the Spatial Data on the Web Working Group [1] is hereby 
extended until 4 April 2024.

The working believes it can finish the deliverables of the current 
charter within a few months. It also wants time to discuss a possible 
next charter and new deliverables. As the current group works on 
specifications that are developed jointly with OGC (Open Geospatial 
Consortium), the need for new or updated specifications depends also on 
the needs of OGC.

More information about the Spatial Data on the Web WG can be found on 
its summary page [2], including information about group Chair, Team 
Contact and instructions for joining the group.
