[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made

    i. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT and address road network use cases.
    ii. Presented vehicle speed analysis demo to OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] meeting on 11 October 2023 based on CCTV excerpts from BBC Crash Detectives show [2] (series 4, episode 1 - first broadcast 9 October 2023) as an operational use case for Testbed-19 techniques.
    iii. Presented vehicle speed analysis demo to OGC GeoPose SWG [3] meeting on 20 October 2023.
    iv. Participated in OGC Code Sprint [4] on 30 October 2023 at Geovation in London. Presented road network use case overview of Testbed activity in mentor stream, including data synchronisation and vehicle speed analysis demos with WebVMT.

2. Next Steps

    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity to analyse road network use cases.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [3].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [5].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
