[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
   i. Submitted proposal to OGC Testbed-19 [1] for follow-on investigation of road network use cases [2] to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT.
   ii. Addressed feedback on WebVMT Draft Note [3] from Spatial Data on the Web Working Group prior to publication as a W3C Note which is a Charter deliverable [4].
   iii. Participated in collaborative data capture at Ordnance Survey (OS) headquarters near Southampton with Open Site Plan and OS, and road network equipment loaned by National Highways (UK). Recorded concurrent footage of and from moving objects on 25-26 April 2023 for analysis in OGC Testbed-19 [1].

2. Next Steps
    i. Present progress update at OGC UK & Ireland Forum meeting at Geovation in London on 3 May 2023.
    ii. Participate in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity and present proposal at OGC Testbed-19 [5] Kickoff meeting on 10-11 May 2023.
    iii. Complete review of W3C Draft Note [6] and publish as a W3C Note.
    iv. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [7].
    v. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [8].
    vi. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
