[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
   i. Added CSS selector [1] to W3C Editor's Draft [2] and updated to W3C Draft Note.
   ii. Raised github issue w3c/sdw#1397 [3] to review draft note prior to publication.

2. Next Steps
    i. Complete review of W3C Draft Note [2] and publish as a W3C Note.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [4] and Moving Features SWG [5].
    iii. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [6] and WICG DataCue [7].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
