[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
   i. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT and address litter monitoring & wrong-way traffic road network use cases.
   ii. Updated Javascript playback engine to comply with latest WebVMT documentation [2].

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [1] activity to analyse road network use cases.
    ii. Update WebVMT.org website [3] to comply with latest WebVMT documentation [2].
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [4].
    iv. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [5].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
