SOSA Update merges

Well done all. There is just one relatively minor PR outstanding at the moment -

Luis you asked for a change which I did, so can you resolve your request and approve.
Then if I can get one more approval we can have a tidy repo ready for the next phase.

As discussed on Thursday/Friday I will then do an auto-format to regularize the indentation in ssn/index.html so that hand editing will be easier in future.
That will look like a huge change as almost every line will have a diff, even though it will only be tabs and linefeeds. So I'd like to do it when there are no outstanding PRs.
